Overview of Timekeeping events

To access real-time insights into timekeeping within the SIX ERP system locate the left-hand menu and find "Timekeeping > Dashboard". Clicking on this will direct you to a comprehensive dashboard that displays real-time data and analytics related to time tracking.
This dashboard is designed to provide a clear and immediate overview of timekeeping metrics, enabling users to monitor attendance, work hours, and other relevant information efficiently. Monthly Attendance Reports

To access monthly attendance reports within the SIX ERP system locate the left-side menu and find "Timekeeping > Attendance". Clicking on Attendance you will proceed to the monthly attendance reports section. Leave and Absence Management

To access the Leave and Absence Management section within the SIX ERP system locate the left-side menu and find "Timekeeping > Leave". Clicking on Leave, you will access the Leave and Absence Management area. This section is specifically designed to manage and track employee leave requests, approvals, and absences, providing a centralized platform for overseeing all aspects of leave and absence. It simplifies the process of managing time off, ensuring that both employees and management can efficiently handle leave requests and maintain productivity.

Managing Overtime

Managing and accessing overtime requests is straightforward. To begin, navigate from the left side menu to "Timekeeping > Leave". Select the "Additional Work Hours" tab where you can view all pending overtime requests, or create a new Overtime request. This tab displays a list of overtime requests, included those awaiting approval, allowing you to easily review, approve, or reject overtime as needed. Each entry includes details such as the employee's name, the number of hours requested, and the date of the overtime, ensuring you have all the information required to make informed decisions about overtime allocations. This functionality helps streamline the management of extra work hours, enhancing the efficiency of workforce scheduling and compensation.

Businesstrip Management

To access the Business Trip Management feature within the SIX ERP system, navigate through the left-side menu and fine "Timekeeping > Businesstrip Management", and click on "Business Trip Management". You'll be directed to the Business Trip Management section, a dedicated space for organizing and overseeing all aspects related to employee business trips. This includes planning, approval processes, and tracking of expenses and itineraries, all designed to streamline the management of business travel activities, making it easier for both employees and administrators to coordinate trips efficiently and effectively.

Reporting

To access the comprehensive reporting features offered by the SIX ERP system, particularly within the realm of timekeeping, navigate through the left-side menu and find "Timekeeping > Reports", and click on Reports. Clicking on "Reports" you can access a variety of dimensions of time management. Available Reports include: Annual Leave, Attendance, Leave Application, and Check-in/out History.
Additionally, specialized reports like Check-in/out Progress according to the route, General Check-in/out Progress, Charts Based Reports, Working Hours Statistics, Leave by Type, Leave by Department, and the Ratio of Check-in/out by Workplace are available. Each report is meticulously designed to provide in-depth analysis and actionable insights, enabling organizations to monitor, assess, and optimize their timekeeping practices effectively.
