Pipeline Stages have to be pre-configured to reflect the companies individual process of moving leads from intial contact to a successful sale. Please think about your analytical way and statuses (stages) you are using to convery leads (potential customers) to customers (paying customers).
Access the setup process for Statuses by navigating to Setup > Leads > Statuses, and follow the instructions to set-up or modify Lead Statuses.
