To access the split-screen preview for proposals:
Navigate to the estimates list within the SIX ERP interface.
To preview an estimate in split-view, click either the estimate number or the action menu located on the right side of each list item.
This action opens the estimate in a split-screen view, with the list of estimates on one side and the selected estimate preview on the other.
Within the detail view of an estimate in split-screen mode, the following actions are available:
Edit Button: Click to enter the edit mode, where you can modify the estimate details.
More Button: Reveals a dropdown list containing actions such as:
View Estimate: Opens a detailed view of the estimate.
Attach Files: Allows you to attach documents to the estimate.
Change Status: Update the proposal status among "Sent," "Expired," "Declined," or "Accepted."

On the right side of the split preview:
Mail Icon: Click to send an email directly to a customer with the estimate attached as a PDF.
PDF Icon: Offers options to preview the PDF, download, or print the document.
