Switching between Preview and Detail view

Accessing the Customer List

  1. Login to SIX ERP: Start by logging into your SIX ERP account with your credentials. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to access customer data.

  2. Navigate to Customer Management: From the left menu pane, find and click on Customers > Customers. This will take you to the area where you can manage all customer-related data.

  3. Enter Split View: Within the Customer Management section, click on a companies name, which will initiate "Split View."

Using the Split View

Opening the Preview Pane

Select a Company: In the Customer List on the left panel, click on the name of the company whose information you wish to view, alternatively you may use the Action Button on the right side of each customer record by selecting "Preview". This action will open the Preview Pane in the right panel of the split view.

Preview Pane Overview: The Preview Pane provides a snapshot of the customer's essential information, including contact details and recent interactions, allowing for quick access without navigating away from the list.

Accessing Detailed Customer Profiles

Within the Preview Pane, you will find a button labeled "DETAILED PROFILE." Clicking on this button will transition you from the split view to a comprehensive interface dedicated to the selected customer.
