After logging into the mobile application:
Open the main menu

The Calendar is the primary view used by technicians to manage daily tasks.

Appointments are displayed in a Calendar View, where users can:
Switch between:
Day
Week
Month
View scheduled service activities with:
Customer name
Status
Time

Appointments are visually marked based on status, for example:
Pending / Waiting
Accepted
In Progress
Approved
This allows quick tracking of daily workload.
To view details:
Tap on an Appointment in the Calendar
Open the Appointment Details screen
The Overview tab includes:
Customer
Service Action
Location and Address
Assigned Technician
Date and Time
Distance
Status

The service location is displayed on an interactive map
You can:
Tap “Navigate” to open GPS navigation
Tap “Call” to contact the customer

Each Appointment includes a linked Work Order, accessible via the “Work Order” tab.
Inside the Work Order, you can access:
Spare Parts
Service Description
Signatures

To add parts used during service:
Open “Parts”
Tap Add Part
Fill in:
Asset
Item (part)
Quantity
Unit Price
LOT Number
Serial Number
Enable or disable:
Chargeable (whether the part is billed)
Tap “Add Part” to save

To remove Spare Parts:
Open “Work Order” tab
Open "Spare Parts"

Slide Spare Part left

Delete
To document the work performed:
Open “Service Description”
Enter:
General Service Description
Head Technician Note
Customer Note
Tap Save
Open “Signatures”
Capture:
Head Technician Signature
Customer Signature

The system shows whether signatures are completed
Work Order is considered finalized when required signatures are collected
In the Team tab, users can view:
Assigned Manager
Head Technician
Service Members

Depending on permissions, editing may be restricted on mobile.
When an Appointment or Work Order is locked:
Fields become read-only
No further edits are allowed
This indicates that the service is finalized.

Users receive notifications for:
Assignment
Appointments Status changes
Work Orders Status changes
This ensures real-time awareness of tasks.
Users can create / edit appointments:
